While we work to secure fair and complete insurance settlements, final claim approval and payout amounts are determined by the insurance carrier. We do not guarantee a specific outcome, coverage decision, or payout amount.

Contractor & Homeowner Responsibilities

Contractors and homeowners are responsible for providing accurate information, timely communication, and compliance with the terms of their insurance policy and any signed agreements with Tekton Edge.

Limitation of Liability

Tekton Edge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
