Your Claim Journey, Phase by Phase
Contractor refers the claim to Tekton Edge; we sign the customer and schedule a site visit.
Hundreds of photos, 3D walkthroughs, and material data build the carrier-ready estimate — often 150-400 pages.
We meet the field adjuster, negotiate directly with the carrier, and secure an approved estimate.
Mortgage funds are released and the contractor is listed as payee while scope and style are finalized with the homeowner.
Work begins, progress draws release as the job proceeds, and final payment closes the claim.
